If I really like to have the choice cold smoked or picked salmon or trouble. Caviar likes also and butter.

Or fish. It’s fish too. Fishfrikadelle or crabfrikadelle (crab cakes, yam yam).

Then comes Iberico, Pancetta and Guanciale and other air-dried pigs or also Valais dry meat or bush meat.

If all this is not – as always 😆 – I take thinly cut cold liver cheeses or something else, namely any smears of lentils or hummus.

Oh, just do it yourself. So cook lentils, then mix/mix with vinegar or lemon juice, little sugar, some oil and/or nuts, salt and all spices that appear to suit you. Or also onion/bonobi in any form.

I like it very well.

You can also simply make a hummus recipe and replace the chickpeas with lenses.

My favorite rolls

  1. Wheat rolls
  2. a thin layer of butter
  3. a cooked egg (cut)
  4. thin remulsifying over it
  5. Add salt to it

I’m not a big fan of rudery or Omlette. I’m staying with my hard boiled egg.

Pure jams are either too sugary or too bitter.

I cook apples myself to “Marmelade”. Tastes like sweet apple, just not so hard!

I’m not a bread fan… prefer good bread!

Had stone oven bread yesterday with salmon!
