Sauerbrotstarter nicht mehr sauer ?
Ich habe seit einigen Tagen ein Sauerbrotstarter. Die ersten Tage ging dieser auf und rach auch stark sauer ähnlich wie Apfelessig. Das Mehl ging jedoch aus und ich habe neues Weizen Mehl geholt und jetzt sehe ich wie jeden Tag der Starter mehr und mehr einfach wie normaler Teig riecht und nicht ein wenig mehr…
Könnt ihr günstigen Kuhmilch Mozzarella von echtem Büffel Mozzarella unterscheiden?

Bitte seid ehrlich! Wenn ja wie macht ihr das? Ich habe nämlich neulich die Probe aufs Exempel gemacht und einen günstigen aus Kuhmilch für 89 Cent, und einen echten Büffel Mozzarella für über 3 Euro geholt. Anschließend habe ich sie verkostet. Ich habe 0 unterschied feststellen können. Sind meine Geschmacks Nerven wirklich so verätzt oder…

Wen ich zb cola zero oder halt algemein cola drinken will, dann kommt es mir in letzter zeit so vor als ob es nach pepsi schmeckt. Ist es bei euch auch so?

Or fish. It’s fish too. Fishfrikadelle or crabfrikadelle (crab cakes, yam yam).
Then comes Iberico, Pancetta and Guanciale and other air-dried pigs or also Valais dry meat or bush meat.
If all this is not – as always 😆 – I take thinly cut cold liver cheeses or something else, namely any smears of lentils or hummus.
Can you recommend a line of lenses? Most of the stores are unfortunately all made of hummus and I don’t like the taste of chickpeas.
Oh, just do it yourself. So cook lentils, then mix/mix with vinegar or lemon juice, little sugar, some oil and/or nuts, salt and all spices that appear to suit you. Or also onion/bonobi in any form.
I like it very well.
You can also simply make a hummus recipe and replace the chickpeas with lenses.

Pure jams are either too sugary or too bitter.
I cook apples myself to “Marmelade”. Tastes like sweet apple, just not so hard!
