What do you think about the oral employment contract question, which is of course theoretical in nature?

As a result, you will receive verbal confirmation that you will be able to work next week

Normally you have to inform the employment agency or job center if you are working.

But what if nothing ever arrives in writing and you're fired after three days? Then you've done everything for nothing, right?

Definitely tell the job center. If you don’t do that, you can have the bad consequences up to a social fraud ad.

In addition, you can not be released after 3 days, but at the earliest after 14 days. These two weeks of notice apply to the trial period. And if there is no written contract, no trial period has been agreed, there are even 4 weeks at the end of the month on the employer’s side – the usual statutory termination period!

In addition, you cannot be released after 3 days,

This is important – if a collective agreement to be applied provides for this possibility …

And if there is no written contract, no trial period has been agreed

A trial period can also be agreed orally.

According to my knowledge, a contract of employment is not necessarily formalised.

if there is no written

If a written employment contract was agreed or if you want one, you must ask or comply with the agreement request.

When you start working, you have to let the service provider (work and/or job center agency).

Also when you get unemployed again.

Yes, in that case, I would wait with the message. Just be aware that you have to pay back money.
