Habt ihr auch mehr Hunger nachdem ihr am Vortag mehr gegessen habt?
Wenn ich abends mehr gegessen habe, wache ich morgens eher mit Hunger auf als wenn ich abends wenig/nichts gegessen habe. Ist das auch so bei euch?

Hallo. Ich spiele Fußball und möchte zunehmen. Das Problem ist aber das ich nicht Gesund zunehmen kann da ich sehr schwer zunehme und auch nicht immer Gesundes kaufen/zubereiten kann. Ich will auch mal als Hilfe Süßigkeiten. Im Internet steht das zuviel Süßes die Leistung verschlechtern kann und das möchte ich nicht da vorallem meine Stärken…

Spreewald cucumbers are delicious. Cut meat sausage or poultry sausage small, cut cucumbers small, cut onions small, put everything in a bowl, then add vinegar, oil, water, spices. Make everything messed up. Enjoy!
