Weihnachtsgeld & Weihnachtsfeier gestrichen?

Für dieses Jahr (2024) hat uns unsere Chef die sonst übliche Weihnachtsgratifikation (Weihnachtsgeld) komplett gestrichen, sowie auch die sonst von der Firma organisierte und bezahlte Betriebsweihnachtsfeier abgesagt. Grund hierfür, so laut Aussage des Chef, wäre die schlechte Umsatzlage/Gewinn und Konjunktur im Jahr 2024 gewesen. Hierzu muß ich allerdings sagen, daß wir in diesem Jahr bedeutend…

Good question.

At my work, it’s like I’m a lot ahead of PC, but it’s time to wait for something.

In the beginning I used the time and at a 2. Business worked what gave me a living while I learned for my main job. Now that I have reached one of my main objectives, freedom, enough money to travel, good food, good car has taken off something and I currently enjoy it.

However, if everything is done, I’m done for the day (that happens more often), then I just have a party. After all, I don’t do wage labor. Even my services are not wages.

Today I have eaten my lotes quite fast from -0.7% on the stock exchange, so it is closing for today.

That never happened to me.

Tasks always sorted by priority and on the stack has some time was always postponement 🙈

It doesn’t happen to me, there’s always something to do.

But there are days when it’s not right or I’m just doing monotonous things. Then I’ll do it early. That’s not a problem because I have time and share my work myself

Meal!

I don’t know boredom. I need 24/7 action and look for something or have enough to do. If there’s some air then I’m here at GoodFrage occasionally. But, otherwise you always have something to do.
