Depends on how bad it is. Without further information, you cannot give a good answer.

If you have acute complaints, e.g. a nervous breakdown or suicidal idea, you must choose the emergency call. Overall, you should contact a trusted person and try to talk to someone and visit a psychologist, especially if it lasts longer.

I’d rather say too much than too little.

Even if you’re “just not so good”, it’s important to take care of your health. In the first step, as I said, talking to friends or family, they are there. Your social environment can be an important catchment pool.

otherwise: do you have a hobby that you like to perform, especially something social that you can do with friends? Maybe a place you can visit or just walk out with others and do something. These are just vague things, as I don’t know the details. Good luck

Anything I can watch funny movies or the same movie 111 times. Or go with the dog to think, or zock from frustration, that I am either annoyed or better adored comes to the rounds. But otherwise I try to think about why I’m bad if I’m 100% in debt and how I can change it.
