When I get home after the night shift, I eat a little bit like a yogurt or something. Then I go showers and chill on the couch and play with the phone. So between 07:00 and 07:30 I go to sleep.

I sleep as long as I can. Mostly until noon. I’m going to sleep again at 17:00 so for 2 – 3 hours

When I get home after my night shift, I’ll drink a coffee first. I’ll go to the shower and then I’ll put myself in bed to sleep. 😴

Drinking a coffee after the night shift I have not heard haha, most of whom I know are more likely to resort to beer or sleeping pills 😅

Night shift was from 22-6

I’ve usually eaten a little bit, I’ve got a little bit of a bite and I’m sleeping nine.
