I would simply mix it among other green or vegetable salads. Always a few leaves. And until it is exhausted, put in a vessel, cover with moist kitchen paper and store in the refrigerator.

Endivie tastes in smoothie – you can also cut it thin and prepare it with potatoes as a salad…

For example, with hard-cooked eggs.

With us there is this mixed salad with small-cracked pancakes – this tastes fantastically good…;)

Yes, in something exactly like that! Cut another little onion and finish it!

So, make a puree and if this is finished, then keep the “salate” with pure and submix/seed!
