He’s just exterminating it over the kidneys. And that is why you should not take more than 2 grams per kilo of body weight of proteins. And these two grams even more if you are a profisport or bodybuilder. For Otto Normal sportsmen, 0, 8-1g per kilo body weight are sufficient to keep weight and 1.5g per kilo body weight to build muscles.
