Was mache ich gegen Versagensängste?

Ich habe mir tägliche Ziele gesetzt für die Ferien und erreiche diese momentan nicht und habe jetzt den starken Druck die trotzdem zu schaffen, egal wie und kriege Versagensangst. Ich weiß nicht was ich tun soll.

You should lower your goals so far that you can hold them.

Bsp: reduce 1 hour to 10 minutes. It helps you to start.
