What am I doing wrong?

I don't know how to write this, but I just want to lose a bit of weight, but no matter what I do, it doesn't help…

Well, I actually exercise every day. I do it on an exercise program, and it always lists the approximate calories I've burned, which is always around 700, but I do it twice. But is that enough?

I'm not eating more than before, so I'm even skipping breakfast. Should I eat less if I'm still not losing weight?

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong or give me some good advice?

I would be very happy, and thank you for reading:)

Weight loss mainly happens through diet, never through sports alone. Sports and exercise are generally very healthy and can help.

If the diet does not fit, this will not work in the long term.

What is this workout and how long does it take? The 700kcal are completely covered. 1 hour jogging has approx. 700 kcal, 1 hour cycling somewhat less.

Of course, it still depends on the individual body composition.

First question, how old are you, how big and how is your weight. (Can I also write it by PN if you prefer it).

Maybe it’s food. Only with sport without changing the diet will not do much. Of course, depends on what you do for exercises and what areas you train. It may take a while until you see a result that is different for everyone.

Don’t skip breakfast! In the morning you need the most. What I can recommend is rope jumping! Definitely consumes many calories because of jumping. A good sleep rhythm is also important.

Sleeping often consumes more calories than when you are awake when you are e.g. the 8 hours awake is not moving/active all the time. But if you can also find googles there you might find even better answer
