Was könnte das sein?
Hallo,
erstmal sorry für das unangenehme Bild. Vielleicht findet sich jemand der in diesem Bereich tätig ist oder etwas ähnliches schon hatte. Habt ihr nh Ahnung, was das für schwarze Pünktchen auf dem Zähnen sind? Ich habe vor damit zum Zahnarzt zu gehen, aber wollte mir vorher mal nh meinung einholen. Die Punkte gehen auch nach dem putzen nicht weg. Die Zähne schmerzen nicht und sind auch nicht locker oder so… sind an für sich kerngesund.

Caries.
Bacteria that love sweets and produce acids during metabolism. The acid in turn has dissolved your tooth enamel in places: hole in the tooth. What appears dark is the brownish, soft toothbone. It only hurts when the hole of the tooth pulp approaches the inside, the vessels and nerves.
The dentist will drill the hole, remove the bacterial soil and fill the hole.
I’d probably say holes.
Probably caries. Teeth affected by caries does not necessarily have to hurt.
Go to the dentist before it spreads.
You have these “punchies” on the last big baking teeth. These can each be a starting caries which are already in need of treatment. If these places are not yet in need of treatment, they must be regularly checked at short intervals.
