Either there’s self-made pizza, or potato salad and sausage, it’s all about what we want.

I don’t know that in detail.

To Holy evening, I’m visiting my son. My daughter-in-law cooks with her mother and my son: there is something festive from the kitchen of Kazakhstan. (changes every year)

The first Christmas holiday is still free at the moment, no idea who I am visiting, let alone what there is.

On the second Christmas holiday there is a visit and there is traditionally a very tasty Peruvian dish.

With us, this year for Christmas, there are salmon in the salad bed as an appetizer, as the main course of ridges with hints, cranberries and blue herbs.

There’s a very noble red wine, but not for my dad and for me, because he can’t drink alcohol because of epilepsy and I don’t like alcohol.

As dessert there are panettones with pistachio cream.

This year will still be a sad Christmas because my mom has been at the nursing home since Easter and is not with her for the first time. She will surely miss us on Christmas Eve.

I don’t know until the 25th there’s Founde Chinoise. The other days we are invited and still know what there is. Clearly, however, is no duck, goose etc or sausages with potato salad.

I don’t know, last year there were self-made ravioli with tomato sauce and Tiramisu or Panna Cotta. Maybe I’ll do this again this year. It was delicious.

So it’s a little upset that people are already talking about Christmas! This is more than 1 GANZEN Month to Christmas Eve!

But good: Raclette is there every year.
