You can buy everything you want except things that contain meat and fish/seafood (and gelatin, real lab, real fireplace and shellac). Doesn’t mean there’s so much out there.

What you can buy are noodles, rice, potatoes, legumes of any kind, all vegetables, fruits, oat flakes, milk, yogurt, quark, eggs, almost every cheese (for hard cheeses you need to look at whether there is no animal lab like parmesan), nuts, seeds, seeds, seeds, sprouts, all meats/worms, and you would have some more meats/worms,

And what you should eat about the week would be all healthy and what is healthy should you actually know if you are older than five years (you actually learn in kindergarten and at the latest in primary school).

Microbial Lab is okay. Unfortunately, this is not the case with all manufacturers, since Lab is unfortunately only regarded as an aid and not as an ingredient. It is therefore not to be declared.

You can eat it because it’s not a real lab. If animal lab is included, it is also explicitly on it. there is microbiological or lab substitute then the vegetarian and you can eat the cheese without any problems.

With time there are many great dishes. It is best to read you something like a meal, so the ratios of carbohydrates, proteins, fiber and fats.

In addition, it is important to know where you get the nutrients you have previously taken over the meat. So proteins, iron & Co – there are many plant sources, just look for it. So don’t worry: meat is really easy to replace when it comes to the health aspect.

If you keep calling this in your head and take into consideration, you’re on a good way. There are many “small” tricks to make your own diet healthier. For example, eat whole grain products, use fresh (or frozen) herbs, pay attention to vitamin C for iron consumption, integrate nuts and seeds into meals, …

In addition, I advise you to check the blood values regularly. In principle, regardless of the diet, this is not the case, especially in the case of a diet.

I’ve been a vegetarian for two months, and I’ve been buying exactly the same as before just no meat and no sausage and no fish and no cheese with Lab and nothing with gelatin.

So, lots of vegetables, legumes, cheeses, and I’m also at Tofu ran. I can recommend the one from Taifun. Is there in biomarkets

Regarding Tofu (even if you didn’t ask for it;))) I can advise you to hide the most secret Asian recipes, that’s actually the only way to taste tofu. So something like an Asian rice pan with tofu and a variety of vegetables is standard with us, also Pad Thai can I recommend!

Also with tempeh you can conjure great dishes:)

Thank you, I’ll try that. I think Sticky Tofu is good.

In an Asian I have already eaten tofu, but they have tasted like rubber tires

Oh, I’m not going to eat so often, I have little experience.

The nice cooking on your own is of course that you can experiment a lot!

Look for vegetarian dishes and then you can decide what to buy.

Because with vegetables, fruits, eggs and milk you have various possibilities to cook openly.

You just leave meat and sausage, and the fish. There are a thousand other foods.

fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, kernels, eggs, quark and yogurt, tofu, saitan, noodles, rice, potatoes and and and

Eggs, pots and yogurt make the farmer also from animal products, but the miller and the Ehrman, or just one or both? We wanted to boycott anyway.

It’s not about veganism. Vegetarians eat everything except meat, fish, sausage and maybe some hidden things like gelatin.

You don’t need anything instead of meat, you have milk products and eggs. 🤷

No animal products.

It has nothing to do with “in”. It’s just that more and more people realize that it’s wrong to kill READ to eat them.

Where should the locusts come from, instead of the cattle liver, they’re thrown on the grill?

I am against mass animal husbandry and “meat eating”, eating even since my childhood, little meat, but sometimes again.
