I like to make a yogurt with apple, some cinnamon, linseed and oatmeal. Sometimes I make some small cut nuts too, that’s good satt.

Otherwise sniff fruit and vegetables, make nen lettuce (also gives something like tuna salad, lentil salad and co)

In your case, you can best take a therapy. You seem to have an adult eating disorder.
