If you have the ticket and an account statement as proof, go to the retail store and talk to the branch line. They will certainly be able to help you. Of course, you can’t, and you should get your money back.

Contact the seller with cash deposit and bank statement (can be blackened) and/or Sparkasse/Bank.

Shouldn’t be a problem. Maybe a call from the Sparkasse/Bank will help.

You better go back and tell him or call him. What I do not think is likely to be a problem in the banking software, which was the case for DKB a few months ago.

Apparently, a mistake has occurred that you are certainly not completely innocent. But don’t matter… call your bank and tell the incident!

Why do you have an account in another country whose language you don’t speak? You’ll get an email, won’t you?
