Hey, you! I’m just about to stop smoking and these things helped me incredible:

  • Chestnuts
  • Water with taste (e.g. water with mint, lemon etc.)
  • Tic-Tacs!!!!
  • Very much distraction! This can be a sport, reading books, learning or similar.

breathe, without joke now, do a breathing meditation and focus on how nice it is to breathe fresh air, not to cough and chill.

B it helps everything with not smoking, in the head starts in, I want to focus on that, to transform.

Zb instead I don’t want to smoke

I like to sleep

or instead I don’t want to smoke, I drink glass water

etc.

sometimes it has distracted me to pust through the straw.

(but well, I’ve been getting rid of ned so far, but I know how to weaken)
