In my corner (Mediterranean) there is something like this:

  • Potato goulash – add onion cubes glassy to crusty tints or roast, raw potato slices briefly roasted, pour on with hot vegetable broth, season with salt, pepper, paprika sweet, pepper sharp and smoked paprika powder and dried marjoram. The whole – with occasional stirring and slight crushing of the potato slices – can be reduced so that all consistency is created. At the end in half slices – or cubes – underlift cut “city sausage” and let them carry briefly. Mixed bread fits this.
  • Hot city sausage with mustard and bread – or potato salad.

Simpel:
You take a meatworm (lead sausage with an average diameter) and divide it into about 10 cm pieces and heat it in a pot with water like a bock sausage.

Comes well as a supplement with mustard to a potato or noodle salad.

(And one can completely process a meatworst by dividing it into salad and “Siedewurst”. 😉

I usually make potato salad, noodle salad or sausage salad. Also goes very well with scrambled eggs or roasted potatoes as residual utilization.
