You can train the areas that make up the IQ, but 20-30 points won’t do that. You could also practice many questions from IQ tests, but then you can only better solve these questions, which leads to a higher result, but not necessarily a higher intelligence. (Just how to memorize all the theoretical questions in driving licences instead of understanding the underlying traffic rules.)

The problem of intelligence is that you are a teenager or Adults can’t do much more. With the birth, your parents have given you a certain potential, this must be stimulated over and over again, especially in childhood, but in general, in order to get lost. As a young person, this development is already over. The brain develops even further in terms of different skills and thinking processes, but the underlying intelligence is then set.

If you could be six again, you might learn a lot in many areas, otherwise it’s hopeless.

Since most IQ tests are based on questions from different topics, you can increase your IQ by learning.

What can you do to increase your iq by 20 to 30 points?

If you’re asking, hops and malt are lost. But I don’t want to be like that. The IQ can be increased through further education and continuous learning and reading.

I answered your question. If you don’t like it, it’s not my problem. And as others have said, you can increase your IQ by learning….
