There are insecticides. I don’t know what exactly that is. There is also always new on the market, otherwise there is no more, is forbidden. And it must be an insecticide that is not intended for flowers, but for vegetables if you want to harvest it.

I wouldn’t do anything. Rhabarber is quite robust. Usually nature regulates it by itself.

In my opinion, are ordinary leaf lice and I think that in fermentation (smooth production) there is a lot to do.
