You’ll know what roast is. And if you don’t like it: I don’t know what it is, you don’t write it. So either you have to put in another wort or extend it so that it is not so sharp.

You can use it to round off other dishes, so everything you want to give something sharp and where the “total package” Kim Chi would fit.
