was kann ich tun damit meine neue CPU nicht überhitzt?

i have a quite bad cooling i dont even know the name but its a default cooler from amd but it kept my previous 65W cpu cool i was reading something wrong i didnt know the new one needs 105W

i upgraded my cpu from ryzen 5 5600g to a ryzen 7 5700x3d and everything worked fine i almost doubled my performance my gpu is a 4070 super but earlier today my pc shut off saying ‘ cpu overheating alert’

this only happened while i was playing black ops 6 on optimized settings averaging around 150-170fps

nothing really is lacking on performance but my cpu just overheats really fast that it even turned off

should i be concerned? what if it happens another time? my cooling is quite bad rn for the cpu i have can i do anything to make it work maybe with less power on the cpu?

i also went and ordered the pure rock slim 2 now but im looking at hwinfo

my CPU(tctl/idle) runs at 85+

CPU DIE(average) 85+

CPU ccd1 (tdie) 85+ all that only when playing bo6 when on idle my cpu is 47-55

i lowkey have no clue what the others beside the middle one means but apparently its in red(i cant attach a pic)

so im scared my new cooler comes at 4-5 november i dont wanna keep overheating my cpu what can i do
