What healthy thing can I eat for dinner tomorrow?

Hey 🙂

I've skipped dinner quite often over the past few months, eating my last meal between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM. This hasn't been good for me at all, and I feel like it's been seriously affecting my digestion. For about two to three weeks now, I've been "forcing" myself to eat dinner, so to speak, but so far, it's only been vegetable soup, because I haven't dared to eat anything else for fear of feeling "heavy" in the evening.

Do you have any other healthy ideas I could cook tomorrow evening? Ideally, something simple, not too heavy on the stomach, and healthy (I'm also a vegetarian).

So the healthiest is to eat bread in the evening and warm at lunch.But if you have a lot to do it is difficult.Also I recommend roasted vegetable rice pan which is not so difficult on the Internet there is great inspiration.:)

“Of the healthiest is to eat bread in the evening” In the Mediterranean countries it is possible to eat hot at night. A relatively easy meal. And the people there are still healthy.

in the morning ne cola to breakfast because over the night you have burned your sugar, and in the evening much protein because that you have consumed during the day, in no case evening brot eat that is processed into sugar and you take flowers, see how thick our with human beings are bored, so sugar only in the morning can never be eaten
