My ears get blocked very quickly, sometimes just one of them, like when I cry or blow my nose. Sometimes it's enough for me to just gently scratch the entrance to my ear. Does anyone know what I can do about it? Sometimes my ears get blocked when I lie down, but when I sit up, everything goes back to normal.
