Personally, I have had bad experiences with a red light lamp. That’s why I can’t recommend a heat lamp like this:-) I had her too long before my face, so I burned an earlobe. 1-2 hours later, I had a bladder on the left earlobe, which was really nasty. 1. That looked like I would wear a big pearl as an ear, and 2. were the really bad pain.
What I can recommend is a hairdryer. Keep the eyes closed and keep the hair dryer (in motion) on the eye for about 4-5 minutes. It’s like you’re getting the face. Repeat 3-4 times a day, works miracles.
If you want to do this yourself (not recommended) consider using a sterile needle
