First and foremost, if possible, try to address the causes that have led to your depression first. Do you have the feeling that you can’t really live/expand or “pass” something in life if possible try to catch up or get in the way to guide.

However, if the depression has been triggered by traumatic incidents from the past, you must try to overcome these and allow the old chapter behind you. This works best by starting a new chapter in your life. Try to find new hobbies that will make you fun to distract yourself from everyday life and get to know new friends with whom you can do something together.

If you feel uncomfortable because of your appearance, go to the barber and let yourself miss a new cool look, maybe even a different hair color (must not necessarily be pink or blue, but sometimes something else), try other clothes / style and make more sport (and if it’s just some jogging in the forest)

Go out more often to the fresh air if you have a park near you, can be very relaxing just to walk or chill out on the bank and observe the sky / nature.

If you have a problem with your job / job / work (or the environment in it) it might be superior to reorientate you and start a retraining / new training. That would radically change your life.

If you are unsatisfied with your living situation, you might also be advised to change your apartment, that would give you a completely different life environment and maybe you will find new friends / contacts.

In the interteit might also hear a bit of music, and as I said new hobbies / friends looking for 😘 Viek Glück 🍀

As many positive activities as possible from which you draw something emotionally (and as far as possible judge whether the activity had a positive effect. Before, one often has nothing to do with it.
