HP often uses proprietary motherboards and power supplies that are not compatible with the ATX standard. In addition, the CPU cooler is often screwed to the housing instead of using a backplate on motherboard, which you may also need to buy new ones.

Hello,

theoretically you can use everything. However, such prefabricated PCs often use proprietary hardware. For example, the motherboard does not have a standard shape factor and therefore does not fit into other housings.
What can be safely assumed are processor, memory, graphics card and mass storage. It won’t be worth the rest.
