What if you want to work but can't if you don't get therapy?
And you can't even afford to pay for the therapy with your income.
The problems just won't go away without behavioral therapy and medication. I've tried many with my psychiatrist, and apart from side effects, I've had no effect. The only "success" I've had is with a benzodiazepine, which is only meant for emergencies, and the psychiatrist no longer prescribes it.
Hospital stays won't bring long-term success either, as I need something regular. An outpatient social worker is quite good… but I only see her once a week, and she's not a therapist.
I think it's a real shame that my past, which I didn't choose, has caused me trauma, depression and other problems (it's been diagnosed) and is preventing me from living the life I want to live.
Are you simply out of the system? :/
Organize a boxing place – with some luck you will soon have a free therapy place.
