Was ist nur in Österreich mit der Wirtschaft los oder liegt es an mir?
Hey ich bin 29 und hatte eigentlich einen Job als Einkäufer in der Metallbranche. So jetzt letzte Woche am Montag, ist nicht nur unserer “aktueller” Chef gefeuert worden, da er nur Rote Zahlen geschrieben hat und das unserem oberen Geschäftsführer nicht gepasst hat, logisch. Am selben Tag hatte ich auch meinen letzten Tag der Probezeit, und er wollte mich sprechen, in dem Gespräch sagte er mir das er mich kündigen muss, da wir nicht zusammen kommen. Da sie sich etwas anderes erwartet haben und da es laut ihnen mit dem Zahlenverständins etc. nicht passt.
Was ich ihnen aber damals beim Vorstellungsgespräch schon sagte, da ich nicht aus der Branche bin brauchte ich längere Einarbeitungszeit, das habe ich ihnen alles gesagt und ich dachte es hilft.
So jetzt stehe ich aber ohne Job da und kann mir von anderen Unternehmen hören, wieso meine aktuelle Lage so ist, wieso ich dies und jenes getan habe und und.
Ich muss mich so oder so umschauen da ich eben Geld verdienen mag und nicht STÄNDIG Arbeitslos zu sein.
Doch mitterweile nervt es an diesem Fall sieht man das man mir gar keine Zeit gibt mich einzuarbeiten.
By the Way bin gelernter Koch und Kaufmann und war 1 Jahr in der IT und 1/2 Jahr bei einer großen amerikanischen Firma in Wien.
Also sollten meine Chancen ja echt nicht schlecht stehen was gut bezahltes zu finden.
Wie seht ihr das ? Habe ich gute Chancen ? Und wieso ist das so schlimm wenn man wie ich viele Erfahrungen gemacht hat und weiß was man nicht möchte !

I don’t know the situation in Austria, but in Germany, at least as a cook or as an IT-ler, you would get a job right away.
Doing a lot of experiences is not an expert in an area since you have worked everywhere. That would be as valuable as a starter
oke understand ! But I want to work and I am ready to do a lot 🙂 Just because I’ve made stupid decisions in the past, they can’t affect my future.
You shouldn’t take that personally. The fish stinks. The big boss prefers to fire his head of division and his assis, rather than admitting himself that he also has no idea of the industry and of personnel policy. That’s all right. The biggest suckers are sitting at the top. This was impressively displayed at Stromberg. Don’t use it now. I’d advise you to put yourself in a single industry. If shopping is still something for you, keep going there. You’ve made the first professional experiences. You can book that. At the next point, you will drive from overtime until all tasks are done. Smell everywhere and take over annoying tasks. Put your signature down everywhere. Let the boss know you did this. Take responsibility. You don’t have to go through with the elbow, but you don’t have to make yourself small. Use any free in-house training. They are often free. Nerve colleagues, whether you’re allowed to attend customer talks. And and and, if you’re in the job, you can put conditions and negotiate differently. A good boss will then accept your conditions. I think you just got the wrong employer. Try a public employer, a hospital or something.
