What's wrong with my fingers?

Hello, my index finger has been hurting strangely since yesterday.

Let me describe it in more detail: It's slightly swollen, red, itchy, and slightly painful when bent. The uppermost fold is also very sensitive.

I could be wrong, but it might be a bit more crooked, but I've never compared it like that.

Nothing significant has happened to me, except that for the past week there has been a strange red triangle in my little finger (on the same hand) that is very sensitive.

Any ideas? I don't want to go to the doctor because of a strange finger. What could be wrong with my fingers?
