Which is healthier, cow's milk or plant-based milk alternatives?

Especially in terms of muscle building etc.

Addition: Okay, at least what is worse for the environment should be clear… OO

I’m vegan, so you can think of my opinion 😂

So:

  • a widespread error is that it has a lot of calcium in cow’s milk. Yeah, it did. but it has a lot more substances in it that remove calcium from the body
  • Kuhmilcj is generally intended for a calf, not for men

for muscle build-up:

Due to their high protein content, soybean, lupine and pea milk are ideal for muscle building nutrition. The fact that soya protein does not make any difference with respect to animal protein in the gain of power and the mass built up after training is repeated.

Then stop cow’s milk and some other stuff you don’t want to know, trust me…

And logically, plant drinkers are smarter considering the environment and animal welfare.

You have to decide what you consume yourself. I personally would not recommend you cow’s milk haha 🙂

I have to say that the opinions are very different and I have my knowledge from the Internet, from books or documentation of vegan people or vegan-friendly doctors and not from farmers or anti-veganers 😂

But I doubt your illustration. Cow milk consume significantly more water than any vegetable alternative. This is only noticeable when considering that the cows themselves drink extremely much water, the water comes to cleansing the stable and slaughterhouse and for irrigation of the feed of the animals. The rest of the statistics could be

I also tend to consider cow’s milk as the “most healthy” for your purpose.

The statistics are simplest manipulation of the direction of thought at the level to influence Viertklässler.

Milk is a food that is naturally drinkable.

Oat, for example, the dried fruit of the oat plant.

Untrinkable. You can’t squeeze out the oats, it’ll never get 1 drop of water.

Therefore, drinking water is added. Since the drinking water is obtained in water catchment areas, where cereals and vegetables are generally banned, even agriculture, we only grow grass in the water catchment area. For animals.

Only by this added water is the product drinkable at all.

If you would also add 1 liter of water to the milk per liter of milk, the “water consumption” would only be half as high, without the drink having less ingredients (energy, minerals) than oat drink, with still higher protein content for muscle building.

For the environment it would be better to drink water than soy, almond or rice drink.

Think about it. There is a lot of water to clean up the stable and slaughterhouse. And logically, the cows also drink tons of it. Definitely need more than a few sticks for irrigation.

Yes, logically. this is also the case with cow milk.

Where does the water disappear and if we convert the cow pastures in Switzerland into parking spaces? How high is the water consumption of a parking lot (without cleaning) ?

5 m x 2,3 m x 1200 liter/m2 = 13.800 liter/parking space, without producing any gram of food there.

Here is an answer to water consumption:

Right. Parking needs water. Ind produces nix to eat.

I dare to say that the water in Switzerland is no less, even if a cow is milked somewhere on a Swiss farm.

parking is nix to eat. you can’t compare kartoffels and banans. then the parking spaces are built somewhere else, does not change again.

You wrote your comment great, but I have neither time nor pleasure reading it.

but so or so: for the animals, the milk is a lot more pleasant.

Hello,

for muscle buildup, cow’s milk should be best. The composition of the amino acids is most advantageous.
