Hi.

Nonvegan: cheese and pasta cooking water

Vegan: Coconut cream/cococomilk (not coconut drink but the fat-containing stuff). Best replacement.

There are various cream vegan replacement things that taste all at least ok,

https://www.oetker.de/produkte/p/creme-vega

Gar nix/ olive oil emulsion in pasta cooking water (If there are other ingredients in addition to cream you do not miss the cream especially on noodles, is only mild fat with water)

Finely mixed nuts and various varieties of nutme diluted and possibly with some lemon juice for the acid.

For taste; Pangritata/ roasted bread crumbs over

If it is to be a animal-free alternative then it does well and likes oat cream or soyacuisine from Alpro. Just oat cream makes itself mega good in tastes, because this earthy snack wonderfully highlights the mushrooms. Fat-free alternatives exist to cover and fill on the market, but are usually mixed with extenders. If you can live with it, just buy the 7% fat cream.

I live vegan – as a “replacement” for cream I use “Cusine” from oats, dinkel or lupine…

Although rather rare, it tastes – and fulfils its purpose !

I also had good experiences with yeast melt and nutmuses.

Since I already take oat milk concentrate for coffee and tea, I have tried to posing oat milk concentrate also for extension/finishment of salad sauces etc. and this tastes wonderful!

I always take off. Alpro the cooking sauce, which usually costs 1 € and can be processed super. There are different versions.

I never do anything with cream, but I could imagine that coconut milk could work well.

I don’t care for vegans, but put cream on cream/cook cream and/or cream cheese. They are also available in vegan, for example at Edeka.

I rarely cook with cream/seed/fat. But if it must be, I take Rama creamfine or just the alternatives of Aldi/Lidl.

My mother always uses oat cream because she does not wear normal cream. Can be replaced in almost any case.

Coconut milk/cococose cream, as I am lactose-intolerant and do not taste all these alternatives at all and the consistency is not true.
