Hello, I want to build a fast RC boat with two motors. So that I can steer with the motors and don't need an extra power steering or rudder. Does it have to be built as a catamaran, or can it also be built as a normal boat with a single hull?

Hello, I've been thinking about getting into FPV for a while and wanted to get one of the drones mentioned above. The Cetus X costs about €20-30 more. Is the Cetus X better value for the money compared to the 2s or the Aquila?

Many years ago I built the Graupner lottery boat in this way (according to the construction plan actually provided with 1 motor and rudderservo).
From my own experience, however, I can tell you: Steering with rudder blade and servo goes significantly better (for a boat that can steer with two engines, this is even worth as an additional measure!).
In any case, each of the two motors must be controlled via a separate drive controller. You can, of course, steer at the remote control like a tank with two forward and reverse pushers (for this you should have a remote control with two cross-climbs, otherwise it will be very uncomfortable!). It is more elegant if you control the travel controls via a V mixer. But that’s a more expensive solution than if you’re running over servo and rudder!
