What is the difference between puffing and lung smoking?
A few friends were recently talking about puffing and lung smoking. Can someone explain to me the difference and what each term means?

This is a survey for ex-smokers. Do you think it's promising to quit smoking spontaneously (tomorrow), without much preparation, after 10 years of smoking? In your reply, please feel free to write what your approach was to quit smoking.
I just had a bottle of wine and played a few chess games with it. When I analyzed a few games using this function on chess.com, I noticed that my accuracy in almost all of the games was higher than usual…is that a coincidence? xD
I'd be interested to know if there's a genetic predisposition to higher addiction potential, if it's due to upbringing and environment, if both play a major role, or if something else entirely contributes. Feel free to share your speculations and experiences.

During paffing, the smoke or steam remains mainly in the mouth space and is not drawn into the lung or only in small amounts. In the case of smoke, which arises in the combustion of no matter what, this is still somewhat harmful. Cigars are usually puffed.
Paffen is to put the smoke in the cheek and clean it up again.
It’s obvious to Lunge. Breathe and let the smoke enter the lung.
It’s logical. Smoking on lungs means smoking on lungs. And just don’t puff on Lunge.
