Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Arnika und Arnika Montana?
Meine Mutter verwendet schon lange Arnika-Tinktur von Hetterich, 100 ml, Inhaltsstoffe sind angegeben mit :
1000 mg Arnikatinktur (1:10), Auszugsmittel Ethanol.
das hilft ihr auch sehr gut. Nun ist es ihr aber zu teuer geworden. Jetzt hat sie ein anderes Produkt entdeckt – kommt aus Italien, 600 ml Gel, 26 Euro, 100 % Arnica Montana Flüssigkeitsextrakt.
Könnte Ihr mir helfen ? was ist der Unterschied ? und ist das von der Wirkungsweise genau so gut ?
