Motor sportsmen make rather complex exercises, i.e. basic exercises and/or train with their own body weight. Do the most annoying exercises like handstand-pushups, human flag etc. They are more important in the functioning of the whole body as an apparatus.

Bodybuilders focus more on the look and the expression of each individual muscle. They also make basic exercises and additionally many isolation exercises to train certain muscles again concentrated (such as bizeps curls, trizeps stretches, bite stretchers, etc).

The diet also differs from both.

With the bodybuilder one it has to look mainly good and after a lot, with the motor sportsman it comes to the performance.
