Compare prices for advertisements and job advertisements in regional publishers (with identical edition and distribution of course!)….

Then you will quickly realize that a job ad is far cheaper. And advertising does not necessarily have to show a great text with great products – the company name or the logo is often enough.

In many cases, job advertisements are switched so that the company logo/names are published in the newspapers and it is only seen by readers…. That sounds so strange – it works!

As a staffer, I think I can give an answer.

Certain job advertisements are switched to collect applications over a longer period of time. When a place becomes vacant, it usually has to be quickly occupied.
In the case of the current shortage of skilled workers, the job is barely occupied in a timely manner when you switch the tender only when you need it.

As an intern in a large company, the boss has once promised me a job, so he just wanted me.

He said that he still had to write them out for legal reasons for the whole operation, but that is irrelevant and should not disturb me further, but he must.

Now don’t ask me what legal reasons. But in this direction, I guess that’ll go.
