Vegetables, legumes, mushrooms. Or if you get it from the side.

With finished meat substitutes you have to try yourself and see what brand you like best. For tastes are very different and not everyone tastes everything. I can only hunt with most brands because I just don’t like it. If what happens rarely is to be a finished substitute product, then I take back to the labels of the shops. But even that rarely happens.

Sinceling. I’m also a fan of Jakefruit. Certain Burgerllädems also have fine patties. Burgers, for example, are all about the combination. It’s best for you. Not suitable for mass 🙂

I find it annoying that the try to imitate 100pro instead of simply crawling ingenious news. Vleisch Pulled Park is and still remains torn Jackfruit with really good BBQ sauce/smoking aroma. No problem, it’s super 🙂

Oh just want to get cauliflower medallions, I find great, vegetable sticks same. Come out super without meat. Saucen or ketch save a lot, also meat mi “F”

I would not push the “Portobello” from the table edge…;)

Delicious filled, grilled – or as “Patty” in the “Vurger”…;)

Apart from the fact that I never had to “replace” meat (or wanted):

  • Vegetables
  • Nuts
  • Lupines
  • Cereals and pseudo cereals
  • Old bread
  • mushrooms
  • Since
  • Tofu

At the butcher on site, the steak still tastes for meat and not for greenery and chemistry.
