irgendwie habe ich vor dem Auge so bisschen Haut. Sieht man auf dem Bild jetzt nicht zu extrem. Weiß jemand was das ist?

Im letzten Winter hatte ich plötzlich so ein Riesen Ding auf meiner Nase was aussah wie ein komischer Pickel. Nach paar Wochen war das Ding weg aber seitdem ist so ein kleiner Punkt auf meiner Nase. Was ist das und wie kriegt man das weg?
