This looks very much like an oyster bacterial almonditis.

Do you have any complaints? fever, feeling of illness, headache etc.?

If yes, go to the HNO tomorrow, not a family doctor because they do not have the necessary instruments if suspicion is confirmed then please insist on the antibiotic Amoxclav(Amoxicillin) 1000Mg for 10 days 3×tgl or for allergy Clindamycin 600/10 days 2-3×tgl.

Almond stones as it all write here I doubt very much because there are spots and enormous many spots there and these look more like buds. And mandeal stones are usually singular.

Let’s do a smear and take blood. To find possible pathogens such as Streptococcus or Staphylococcus Aureus

Good improvement

These could be mandible stones if you gently press on with your finger or a stick and they come out there are those. Almond stones are not dangerous, the rest of your mouth that accumulates and come out sometime.
if you want to go safely go to the doctor.
