What is this? And how do I get rid of it?

Hi, I have a habit, or well, what does habit mean? I have this pressure/compulsion to eat and finish my food when someone else is around. For example, it's breakfast break at school or something, and I'm not really hungry, but then I eat anyway because I have this pressure/compulsion to eat. I also have this problem that I always have this pressure/compulsion to finish my food even though I'm not hungry. (I'm not on a diet or anything, so it couldn't really be a yo-yo effect.)

You just put yourself under pressure, so you better stop at once no one will force you to eat or eat if you have no hunger listen to yourself any kind of forced to put up, otherwise you would have to help you professionally from a psychologist
