The problem you describe could be due to several causes. Here are some possible steps for troubleshooting:

1. Reset Touch ID:

Go to settings > Touch ID & Code.

Remove the stored fingerprints and add them again.

Two. Register and re-register Apple ID:

Go to settings > Apple ID (dein name) and log off.

Restart the iPad and register again.

3. Reset network settings:

If there are problems with the App Store, there might be a problem with the Internet connection or network settings.

Go to settings > General > Reset network settings.

4. App Store Cache empty:

Open the App Store and tap one of the lower icons (e.g. “Today” or “Apps”) to empty the app store’s cache for 10 times.

Five. iPadOS update or error in version:

It could also be a bug in the latest iPadOS version. See if there is a new update that fixes the problem.

6. iCloud synchronization check:

Check if your iCloud settings are correct, especially for app purchases.

If these steps do not help, it might be useful to establish an Apple support contact to get more support.
