These are bleeders. If you notice that they have become more and that seems unusual to you, please let the ophthalmologist do an examination.

This is a blood vessel, which is widened by (outer) irritation and is therefore visible.

looks like a pupil, but I could be fooled. I am not a doctor, but I think that the eye is very sensitive to light.

It’s not about the pupil, especially since it’s not visible on the picture, but about the blood vessels…

You mean the blood veins? – They emerge when you drank too much alcohol, took drugs or just slept too little.
