Looks like a small angle pin. They are not poisonous, in Germany there are hardly poisonous and they are rare.

In Germany, the only poisonous spine is the cross spine and that is not on the picture.

And the Ammen-Dornfinger, the Nosferatu-Spinne and the Nodle ball spider. Toxic are basically all, but only a few for humans are really destructive.

Well, lethal is not in Germany, except one is allergic, then possibly. You’re right, I confused that with snakes. The only poisonous in Germany is the Kreuzotter. But most spiders can’t even bite people. But yes, in principle they are poisonous to liquefy insects internally…

Even the cross-spinning is not poisonous to people, there are far more poisonous spiders in this country, but not one is really threatening!
