What kind of violin is this? How old is it?

I have a violin that is about 100 years old. Is it a violin for children or adults? Can you tell when it was made from the case? There are no notes inside. I assume there was a note inside at some point, but it hasn't been there for decades. I would also like to know if there is any information about the workmanship, wood color, or structure. Unfortunately, the strings aren't strung at the moment. Since I'm a layman and have no idea, I would appreciate an objective assessment; you can also tell what wood was used in the construction.

Thank you.

Look through the f holes in the body. Sometimes there is a manufacturer list.
