Must be Rosada frita. Only that in the fewest cases one would get the expensive redfish but some cheaper fish, e.g. Pangasiusfilet and one sells it for the same price and has maximized its profit equally.
Sorry: Where do you get Pangus instead of Redfish? You mean a Spaniard can’t distinguish a cheap and controversial freshwater fish from the noble redfish? Then the handcuffs would click.
That would be if you were to offer Frankfurter instead of a white sausage in Munich and hoped no one would remember.
A tourist doesn’t notice if you give him Viennese instead of a white sausage and tell him it’s a sausage 🙂
Well, if he’s sausage 😉 Sure, but not every sausage is a white sausage and not every fish is a redfish. If you order “fish”, you get the most convenient, depending on the region. Maybe hake, which is a cheaper alternative.
Often used here in Spain for such dishes are Wolfsbarsch, Dorade or Codjau, less sea salmon outside You were in a place run by English, then it is sea salmon or cod. In principle, you can take a fish fillet preferably with white solid meat and this breakdown aioli and lemon.
Baked fish.
That’s, for example, sea salmon like in the bakery on the Kirmes.
Only that the Kirmes baked fish is golden brown and is not as greasy as that on the picture.
This is Rosada frita (fried Rotbarschfilets). The most delicious fish there is.
You can pane and fry many fish types, such as Seelachsfile or Pangasius
Every fish in the world can be found in it.
But there were in several locals on the coast in southern Spain, so I assume it is a specialty.
No, the cheapest fish is taken, you finally want to make money
You have to know
Also, the fish is chosen. So you could’ve made a note of his name. Ergo: Once again make holiday there and go to eat delicious fish. 😉
Bullshit. Of course you choose the fish. It looks like it’s pinkda frita. Typical for Andalusia. One of the most popular fish dishes there.
