Habe ich als Kind/Jugendlicher oft im Spanienurlaub gegessen.
Es ist eine panierter Fisch (welcher weiß ich nicht mehr) zusammen mit einer gegrillten Folienkartoffel.
Das lässt mir noch heute das Wasser im Munde zusammenlaufen.
Kennt jemand den Namen der Speise bzw. des Fisches?

Also, ich habe für meine Früchte Schokolade geschmolzen und dachte, ich könnte die Menge mit Milch (3,5% Fett) erweitern, doch fing die Schokolade dann an zu einer dicken Masse zu werden und am Boden hat sich Schokowasser angesammelt. Erinnert mich jetzt eher an einen Teig. Also ich kann mit der Schokolade jetzt nichts mehr wirklich…
Bleibt beim erhitzen in der Pfanne überhaupt noch etwas gesundes in den Ölen beständig?
