What is that on my uncle's leg?

I visited my uncle today after a long time because he invited me to a barbecue and I noticed on his legs because he was wearing shorts

that he had green spots on his feet and lots of small red dots that went up to his thighs but on his feet there were green spots that looked like socks, black in the middle and green around it, it reminded me of a piece of bread that had green spots, it was in different places, mainly on the front surface and not on the teeth.

I asked him why he had it and how long and if it hurt at all since he had never had anything like it before

He said to me: no, it doesn't hurt at all, it doesn't itch or sting, all the mini pimples appeared at the beginning of last week and the green, dry spots appeared on my feet afterwards.

He is currently applying Bepantheen cream to it, but it is not getting better. The red spots on his legs are not disappearing; they are just fading. It looks scarred.

He then made an appointment with a dermatologist, but since dermatologists tend to make appointments with long waiting times, he was given an appointment for the week after next.

I know it's stupid to give a diagnosis but maybe someone has had it or can roughly estimate what it could be

My fear would be that it is not distributed in such a way that it spreads through his sweetness or legs and deadline

You’ve described the problem in detail and asked for it. (Beautiful if all medical questions were so clear! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I do not have a diagnosis and this is also difficult without seeing it directly.

Your uncle could go to the family doctor on Monday. They also recognize dangerous things and can also get a quick emergency appointment, e.g. in a hospital.

In itself, the description doesn’t sound particularly threatening, but the sooner you start the therapy, the sooner it starts. The leg will not be eaten away, don’t worry. But it doesn’t sound like a harmless rash. Therefore, as early as possible, it should be as early as possible.

I wouldn’t go to the hospital now – but I am not a doctor! In doubt, you call 116 117. They are also available on weekends and at night.

This is a laity forum and even a doctor could not make a diagnosis after the description alone. It seems worrying at least, but that can be all possible.

The description fits for example:
https://www.apotheken-umschau.de/ Diseases-symptome/haut Diseases/leukozytoklastische-vaskulitis-744285-multilateral-3-symptome.html

An info from the “Rentner-Bravo”, also intended for lay people and patients.
But you can be totally wrong. It is not always intended to google symptoms and diseases.
