Could be a Dyshidrotic eczema. If I see correctly, there’s so little puns inside. Theoretically, small bubbles should form out of it.

I’d go to the dermatologist. He writes the cortisone cream.

That can have several reasons. Stress is often a trigger.

Cold and hand baths with black tea help against itching. Otherwise, physiogel and everything helps with a lot of urea.

Symmetrical, itchy skin changes are usually an eczema, neurodermitis, a urticaria or a psoriasis. In the present case, an allergy reaction should also be considered.
