Ich (17M) habe jetzt seit mehreren Wochen vermehrt Sorgen bezüglich meiner Gesundheit und habe oft unnötige Angst. Dabei habe ich auch hin und wieder mehr oder weniger ausgeprägte Panikattacken. Ein paar Beispiele: Nasenbluten über längere Zeit – Panikattacke. Erschöpfung nach Trainingsrunde mit dem Fahrrad – Panikattacke. Auch bei einfachen Sachen wie Rückenschmerzen oder leicht entzündeten…

An allergic reaction. It may be a detergent that triggered your clothes or bedding. But if these symptoms should only be on your thighs, then it can be that you have touched any plants or something. Maybe in shorts in the forest or field outside? Or in a swimsuit in the outdoor pool or at a lake? Often the body has to process the substance that triggered it, I had something like that. Go away after a few days. Why don’t you go to the doctor, maybe to the skin doctor and let him check it out.

This looks like an allergic reaction.

I assume it’s against a detergent or hygiene article.

Since the picture appears to have been created in your bed and you have noticed it there, check whether the detergent for bedding and, if necessary, Trousers have been changed.
