So you can just return it if you get scammed. Hi, I have a Zotac 2070 Super, 16GB RAM, and a Ryzen 5 2600. I can get 140 FPS in single-player. But when I start a race with multiple players, it drops to 50… My RAM is usually at around 60% capacity, so what should I upgrade? RAM or CPU? Maybe the CPU is throttling…

I read that it should be up to 44% better, but that seems to me excessive.

This is true in some extreme scenarios. But in everyday use by 20%.
