Hello. I've been training for two years. In my second year, I'm using the same weights as in the first year, although I'm now doing the exercises as cleanly as possible. I've been curling with a barbell for 1.5 months now, always 35 kg for 12 reps. When will I be ready to increase the…
Exactly the question is above. What's the best way to do it? I like to do push/pull training twice a week, but doing legs twice a week doesn't work so well for me. With my current volume, my legs are sore for at least 4-5 days, and I'd like to keep it that way, as…
Is it bad if I don't have time to train any muscles other than my biceps? For about two weeks. I have a lot of studying to do for school. I can do bicep curls while I study, but not other workouts. I've been bodybuilding for almost a year now. Will I lose muscle? Do…
What effect do you expect from it and which ones can you recommend and which ones not?
Hello, I'm just starting out at the gym and have been trying to create a full-body plan. Normally, you only need 6-8 exercises (according to Google). Anyway, I wanted to ask if that's really too much? And if so, what I could leave out?
For the first time, a conversation with you about your current training level, your goals, possible limitations and your everyday life will be held. On this basis, the trainer then assembles a plan and then goes through the exercises with you.
I always say at such dates that the members should tell me directly if they don’t like an exercise or feel anything weird. Sometimes alternatives are the better choice.
But: even with FitX there are clear differences regarding quality. Some have made their license to online providers in the fast run to prove anything. Others have actually dealt with matter, several licenses in the bag and have accumulated the necessary expertise to be able to advise you individually.
However, this will not be so relevant to a novice without limitations. This is about getting used to regular training and experiencing the first small successes.
Nevertheless, you can ask the trainer kindly about his career if you are interested in the qualifications.
Not at all. They can’t do that, they lack the know how. You don’t think they can afford the right trainers at these prices? They have completed a four-week “training”. Everyone gets the same 08/15 plan, but it fits most of them first.
Haha ok thank you
you set too high, some courses go 9 days…
Oh, sorry;-)
